At The Dream Hub, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their background or challenges they may face. Founded out of the Fields of Dreams Farm company, The Dream Hub’s mission is to empower individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Difficulties (SEMH), and those navigating trauma to unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives

Our History
Founded in 2019 by the visionary founder, Emi-Lu, Fields of Dreams Farm emerged from a deep passion and a powerful vision to create a haven where individuals could thrive beyond societal constraints. The relocation to our farm in Ledburn in 2021 marked a pivotal moment, enabling us to cultivate a nurturing environment for countless SEND, SEMH children, and those suffering from trauma - including adults facing challenges in traditional settings or coping with trauma.
As we reflect on our journey, it fills us with immense joy to witness the growth and transformation of our participants into independent, confident, and, most importantly, happy individuals. Our unwavering focus remains on creating transformative experiences that foster connections with animals, nature, and one another. Our innovative approach, blending the outdoors with a diverse range of activities, continues to be the cornerstone of our mission.
In May 2024, we embarked on a new chapter. While our location in Ledburn served us well, the move to The Dream Hub enabled us to expand our reach, providing support to even more individuals on their journey of growth and empowerment. The Dream Hub has been created from a place of love, motivated by a desire to establish a space where unique individuals can feel free and accepted without expectations.
Fields of Dreams Farm, and now our unique home, The Dream Hub, have grown to be such a special and welcoming space for many children and young people, most of whom have struggled to fit into mainstream settings.
The Dream Hub Magic
Our holistic approach engages all the senses and includes; the transformative power of connection with animals and nature, sensory and auditory experiences, construction and connection projects, as well as infusing knowledge (embedded learning). All of which enables our unique individuals to explore and express themselves. Here’s a little bit of Wizardry Sprinkle to give you a little insight to the magic of The Dream Hub:
Sensory Experiences
Engage the senses through interactions with animals, nature, and sensory activities that provide restorative outlets for self-expression and emotional regulation
Arts and Crafts Workshops
Explore your creativity with a diverse range of arts and crafts workshops, guided by talented facilitators who help participants discover their artistic talents
Soap, Candle and Resin Art
Learn the art of crafting beautiful and fragrant products through hands-on sessions that offer a unique blend of creativity and skill-building – using only natural ingredients! Experiment with natural playdough, resin art and aromatic essential oils
Baking and Cooking Sessions
Indulge in the joy of baking and cooking homemade treats and healthy meals, while honing culinary skills and exploring the world of flavours and textures
Outdoor Activities
Embrace the beauty of nature with adventurous treks, friendly ball games and fun outdoor activities. It’s all about creating unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime
Construct and Connect
Get stuck into DIY and building projects that promote teamwork and creativity - collaborate, construct and create something extraordinary with your bare hands (and of course a few tools!!)
InFusing knowledge
Embed learning through approved, interactive online resources – working with local education authorities we help embed specific topics such as Math and English, ensuring that every child receives the attention and resources necessary to thrive
